You must be at least 13 years old to use Celestic, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Celestic to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Do not resell or redistribute AI outputs at commercial scale without written permission.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Celestic. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or unexpected content. You are responsible for how you use them. Do not treat AI output as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

6. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge for review.

7. Free tier limits

The free tier includes a daily quota (currently 20 AI chats per day). Limits may change; we will provide reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestic and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
