This Privacy Policy describes how Celestic ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Celestic application and website (celestic.lovable.app). By using Celestic you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account data — email address, display name, and authentication credentials or Google OAuth identifiers.
Content you create — chat messages, memories, tasks, habits, mood entries, voice notes, and settings.
Usage data — anonymized page views, feature usage, and error logs to improve reliability.
Cookies and local storage — essential cookies to keep you signed in, plus optional analytics cookies you can accept or reject in the cookie banner.

2. How we use your data

Provide and personalize the Celestic experience.
Generate AI responses through our AI provider (see "Third parties" below).
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose issues.
Communicate important account updates.

3. AI processing

Chat messages you send to the AI are transmitted to our language-model provider to generate a response. We do not use your content to train third-party models. Voice recordings sent for transcription are processed only to return the transcript.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in a secure managed database with encryption in transit and at rest. We enforce Row Level Security so that only you can read or modify your rows. We follow industry best practices, but no system is 100% secure.

5. Third parties

Authentication and database: Supabase.
AI models: Lovable AI Gateway (OpenAI-compatible providers).
Hosting: Cloudflare / Lovable hosting.
Google Search Console for indexing metrics only — no personal user data is shared.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your profile, or by emailing celesticai.786@gmail.com. Deleting your account permanently removes your content within 30 days.

7. Children

Celestic is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Advertising

Celestic may display advertising in the future, including through Google AdSense. Ad partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or via email. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change.
